Rudolph H."Harold" Fey

  Rudolph H. “Harold” Fey, 89 of Pottsville, died Thursday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown.   He was born February 8, 1928 in Pottsville son of the late Leo Fey and Mary Shay Fey Vrabel.   He served in the Pennsylvania National Guard and the Merchant Marines.   He worked for Penn Fuel and Gas Company for 45 years retiring as Superintendent.   Harold was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville.   Surviving are his wife of 64 years Helen C. Sninsky Fey, Pottsville; a daughter, Cindy Seltzer and her husband Harold, Pottsville; a grandson, Scott Seltzer, Pottsville.   Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30A.M. Wednesday at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. There will be no viewing. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions be made to St. Patrick Memorial Fund, 319 Mahantongo St. Pottsville PA, 17901. Interment will be private at Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville.   Arrangements are under the care of James E.
