Rose M. Smith

  Rose M. Smith, 93 of Pottsville, died Thursday night at Seton Manor, Orwigsburg.   She was born March 31, 1923 in Minersville daughter of the late Dominick and Margaret Moran Cocco.   She was employed as a trimmer for an area Garment factory prior to retiring.   Rose was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville.   She was preceded in death by her husband William H. Smith, Jr. on December 30, 2001; a sister, Alice Brennan. Surviving are her brother, Harry Cocco and his wife Peggy, Philadelphia. 3 nieces and 3 nephews.   Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. from St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to call from 9-10A.M. Wednesday at the James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions made to St. Patrick Memorial Fund, 319 Mahantongo St. Pottsville PA, 17901.
