Hilda A. Cook

  Hilda A. Cook, 71 of Pottsville, died Friday at Manor Care Health Services, Pottsville.   She was born August 15, 1944 in Pottsville daughter of the late Albert and Hilda Neidlinger.   She was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School and was employed by J.D.M. Hamburg, prior to retiring.   Hilda was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Pottsville and served on the Elm Street Project Board. Hilda was also an avid bowler throughout her life.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Fenton Cook on January 28, 1989. Surviving are 2 sons, William Cook and his companion Jeanne Pelachick, Pottsville; and Michael Cook, Pottsville: 7 grandchildren, Christin Cook, Marissa Cook, William Cook, Allison Rose Clark, Morgan Harig Cook, Rylee Harig Cook, Blake Wesler: a brother, Peter Ford, St. Augustine, FL:   Services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. from the James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville, with the Pastor James R. Fidler officiating. Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30A.M. until the time of services. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions made to Hillside SPCA P.O. Box 233 Pottsville PA, 17901.
