Bernard J. Mason, Sr. 62, of Heckscherville, died Thursday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born November 30, 1952 in Pottsville son of the late John and Elizabeth Williams Mason. He was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel; and two brothers, John and David. Surviving are 6 children, Bernadette Mason, New Philadelphia; Grace Mason and her companion Kelvin Rosado, Schuylkill Haven; Nadine Mason and her companion, Chris Natale, Minersville; Bernard J. Mason, Jr., Heckscherville; Mandy Mason and her wife Angela Kylelberg, Mahanoy City; sibling, William F. Mason, Pottsville; Bridget Inez Tassone and her husband, George, Thomas A. Mason and his wife Rose, all of Palo Alto; Elizabeth A. Mason Colihan, Pottsville; Patrick F. Mason and his wife, Maria Minersville; Marie LePine and her husband James, Reading and Elaine Hossler Pottsville: 6 grandchildren, Tylor Donaldson, Trevor Gibas, Jacob Mason, Blake Bowers, Gabriellah Natale and Timothy Dilcher.
