Dorothy A. Yaissle

Dorothy A. Yaissle, 93 of Pottsville, died Monday Nov 17 at Providence Place, Pottsville. She was born August 4, 1921 in Pottsville daughter of the late G. Raymond and Clara Rosenberger Letcher. She was a graduate of Pottsville High School and worked for many years at the family business, the former Yaissle Auto Body, Pottsville. Dorothy was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Pottsville. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Yaissle on September 28, 1990; and a brother, Bud Letcher. Surviving are her son, Jack Yaissle and his wife Barbara, Allentown: 3 grandchildren, Deborah Stephens, and her husband, Eric; Kimberly Howard and her husband Todd; Jill Bundy and her husband Greg: 4 great-grandchildren, Ryan, Megan, Luke, Jake. Services will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday at James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville, with Pastor James R. Fidler officiating. Family and Friends may call from 9:30A.M. until the time of services. Interment will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Pottsville. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions made to the American Heart Association, 968 Postal Rd.
