Ronald P. Sholtis

Ronald P. Sholtis, 61, of Pottsville died Saturday at home. He was born August 2, 1948 in Connellsville son of the late Theodore and Minnie Testa Sholtis. He was a graduate of Connellsville Area High School and Penn State University, where he also attained his Masters Degree. He was an Army Veteran and was a self-employed Vocational Counselor. Surviving is his wife, the former Barbara Sheldon, to whom he was married for 35 years: a sister, Janet Hall and her husband Barry, Connellsville, nieces and nephews. Services and Interment will be held at the convenience. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions made to Covenant Home Care and Hospice, 1510 Highway 61 South, Pottsville, PA 17901-8409. James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville, is in charge of arrangements.
