Jane Palmer Dolbin, 55, of Kempton died Tuesday night at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice, Allentown after a lengthy illness. She was born February 2, 1953 in Pottsville daughter of the late Judge Donald D. and Anne Palmer Dolbin. She was a 1971 graduate of Pottsville Area High School and a graduate of Allentown Business College and was a Medical Transcriptionist for various doctors in the Allentown Area. She is survived by a brother, Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and his wife Suzanne, Pottsville: a sister Ellen Marie Palmer Dolbin, Kutztown: 2 nephews, Carlton Palmer Adam and Raeff Donald Palmer Dolbin: 3 nieces, Annie Jane Palmer Adam, Alice Anne Palmer Dolbin, and Laura Louise Ney Palmer Dolbin. Services will be held on Saturday at Noon from the Trinity Lutheran Church, Pottsville, with Rev. Harold L. Hand, Jr. officiating. Family and friends may call at the church from 10:00 A.M. till the time of service. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions made to Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice, c/o Office of Development, 1247 S.
