Blanche Hornberger

  Blanche Hornberger, 90 a resident Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Schuylkill Haven died Thursday at the nursing home.

  She was born January 30, 1928 in Pottsville a daughter of the late Frank and Mary McCabe Hornberger.

  She was a graduate of Pottsville Catholic High School.

  She was employed by the former Pottsville Box Factory prior to retiring. Blanche was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.

   She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Rev. Francis Hornberger, Joseph F. Hornberger; 3 sisters, Mary A. Hornberger, Clare F. Tobin, Anne M. Post: Surviving is a niece Anne Kanish and her husband Richard, Pottsville.

  Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11AM from St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. Visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of mass at the church. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in St. Patrick No.3 Cemetery, Pottsville. Arrangements are under the care of James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville.
