Catherine Beron

Catherine Beron, 84, of Schuylkill Haven, died Saturday at home.

She was June 7, 1937 in Port Clinton a daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha Beron 

Catherine worked for Avenues, Pottsville, prior to retiring.

She attended Faith Church, Orwigsburg.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Hafer; 2 brothers, Walter Kushner and Stanley Beron.

Surviving are a sister, Anne McConnel, Newtown Square; her caregiver, Janet Smith, Schuylkill Haven; nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Friday at 11AM from James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10-11AM Friday at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions in memory of Catherine can be made to Avenues, 2 Park St., Pottsville, PA 17901 or Hillside SPCA, PO Box 233, Pottsville, PA 17901. Interment will follow in St. Ambrose Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.
