Gail J. Vesay

Gail J. Vesay, 82 of Minersville died Saturday at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg.

She was born, September 12, 1942 in Pottsville a daughter of the late Joseph S. Sr. and Joan Callaway Garland.

Prior to retiring she had worked for Fleetwood Foundry.

She was of Catholic Faith.

Throughout Gail's life she enjoyed collecting knickknacks and figurines. She loved nature and animals but the even the most important thing in her life was her family

Gail is survived by her children, Vaughn Vesay, Hegins; Van Vesay, Branchdale; Darrell Vesay, New Ringgold; Erin Vesay, Minersville, Shawn Vesay, Duncott; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert Garland, Lewes, DE; Joseph S. Garland, Jr., Bethlehem; Janis Kurtek, Pottsville; nieces and nephews.

Service of Remembrance will be held Friday at 11AM from the James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10AM until time of service. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville.
