Linda S. Minnich

Linda S. Minnich, 73, of Pottsville, died peacefully Wednesday at home.

She was born on November 4, 1947 in Boston, Massachusetts a daughter of the late Wilbur S. and Joy Watson Scheipers.

She was a 1967 graduate of North Forsyth High School, Winston Salem, N.C.

Prior to retiring she was employed as a scheduling clerk for George Washington University Hospital and Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital.

Linda a was member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville.

Surviving are her husband, James R. Minnich with whom she celebrated 52 years of marriage with on September 2; a sister, Diane Teague, Lexington, N.C.; a brother, Eric Scheipers. nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11AM from St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Linda be made to St. Patrick Memorial Fund, 319 Mahantongo St. Pottsville, PA 17901. Interment will be at later date and private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

Arrangements are under the care of James B. Humphrey, Funeral Director, James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville.
